EP Swaps - Noob needs help on motor swap

Hi. I just recently purchased a 2003 4-door Honda Civic. It is completely stock and its an automatic. I was wondering what is the best motor i can swap it with. I dont mind swapping the trany as well but only if its a must. Thank you in advance

Ok this question has been asked hundreds of times on this forum. THE ONLY ONLY ONLY motors you can legally swap in are k series. use the search feature at the top.
