western digital is always good and i just got an "iomega eGo" 250GB and it's great. It was 102 shipped on ebay (dunno how exact your "under 100" category is lol)

i have a maxtor 500 and i like it so far... i dont use mine daily. i just copy most of my harddrive to it for a backup. worked great since i bought it last year.

i just ordered one of these today Western Digital My Passport Elite- 320GB . found out they retail for $199.99 and i've done some research and found it to be pretty good.
