Engine & Internal - 92 4dr civic..need help on what i should do to engine.. 1.6L sohc

hey guys,

i have a 92 4dr honda civic that i really want to make a sleeper... i just got a 1.6L sohc put in..so far i have a cold air intake..thats about it.. i live in so cal so i need to make sure i pass smog.. and cops around here r always pulling over civics and checking for only stock stuff.. but ya i have a bit of money saved up..id like a turbo but i need help.. sooo if you can help that'd be great..
