Default painting small parts

Hi guys... I need to repaint my windshield washer fluid nozzles (random, I know). Previous owner painted them red, car is white, so I want them to be white. Do the nozzles come out?? How do I take them apart? What kind of paint should I use? I think they are plastic.

Also I could use some suggestions for touching up the flat black paint on the wipers themselves. I'd like to avoid using black spry paint on my white car

Thanks in advance!

Id paint the nozzles black cause the white wont match.
use plasticoat. sand them down first. yes they come out, look underneith.

The wipers unblot. sand down. primer then paint to hold well in weather.

hmm, I would have thought white for the nozzles but I guess they come black... although I did find a pic of a white Civic with white nozzles here: http://www.clubcivic.com/board/showthread.php?t=27727 ... pretty sweet looking!

the wipers turned out OK, not 100% perfect but we'll see how they hold up. Much better than before. I didn't get to the washer fluid nozzles yet, but soon!!
