whatsup guys. got a quick question for ya. i've got a 89 ef with a swapped b16A in ti and im looking at getting some new canshafts. now do i need to upgrade my valve train before doing so ie. valve springs, retainers etc. or is there cams that a can get that are still same on stock internals and will give decent gains. i do have a jackson racing supercharger that will be going in the car this winter. thoughts?
thanks guys.

skunk2 tuner1's work well with boost and a stock bottom end. anything above a stage 1 its highly recommended to upgrade the springs/retainers

Do the stage 1s even make a difference at all though?

Personally, I wouldn't waste my time with stage 1's. From what I've heard, they're little more than stock regrinds (obviously slightly more aggressive, but only barely).
Stage 2's will bring in more power while maintaining good drivability.

but with stage 2's i'll have to tear the head apart won't i?
