Suspension, Brakes, Tires & Wheels - 95 civic suspension help needed!!

Ok i have a 95 civic that i have just put 17in wheels with 205/40 on it. I want to lower it because it dose not handle or look like i want it to. I have never done any kind of suspension work and i dont know what to buy. also can anyone tell me how to post pictures. thanks

ok so can i go with a set of drop springs, I dont want to slam it i just want to take the gap between the wheel and fender a bit. thanks
