This one dude told me that blue and red under body neon light are illegal. You can't use those colors while driving. Unless ur parked.

In Cali....true (they are reserved for the pd). Out here if you can see the tube itself (no matter the color) it's illegal.

Red, blue, and clear underbody lights are illegal in florida...before i bought my civic i had a 97 toyota corolla and i had all the exterior and interior lights and i got pulled over many times and fined.....and then one time this one prick cop made me undo all the lights infront of him because he sow i had numerious tickets for the lights and i didnt take them off...anyways i like not having them on my new car because i blend in with everyone on the road now...charlie
