Appearance - altezzas poll

I an getting sick of them, they are everywhere! I think they are starting to make their way into the ricer catergory. What do u guys think??

i hate those fnthings. and they make them for every car now. aarrhhhhh. at least if you must usethem use them on an import. its sad to see them on domestic cars. i cry when i see them on stangs.

I totally agree with you. I cry as well. It saddens me to see someone ricefy a Mustang. Or turn it into a "G" ride. </P>

Altezzas had their 15 minutes of fame....now its over.

someone jsut needs to come up with taillights even gayer than altezzas then they will be out

I would vote on the poll but I didn't see a marking for FN GAY, I have always hated them though as I started out my life a muscle car guy....and by muscle car I don't mean rustangs, those are even more rice than the gay whale tails people have on their cars.

i agree with the others, dont like em on anything anymore especially mustangs, why do that to your car? i have no problem with them on lexus is300, etc where they come stock but its getting out of hand

Altezzas, like many other things are over played. I never really liked them, but now to see them on every car that thinks they have what it takes, makes me want to puke

they had their day but its loong over.
i dont like them in any car. i wouldnt buy an is300 because of them unless they got some aftermarket tails.

They aren't starting to make thier way into the ricer category, they are the most blatant mark of a ricer. They are the number one ricer accessory even before the non functional air plane wing. They are just about the best thing to ruin your car. They are rice, always have been and always will be.

yeah... altezza's are definitely weak as hell.

what alternatives do you guys suggest/recommend to altezza's?

smoked, gunmetal, custom tails from another car (like the supra), LED's to name a few

Smoked is good or possibly jdm if they're different from what you have.

i own altezza's and they are on my car but i understand i can't stand them either but i don't have the stocks to put back in them........i hate it to me taillights should be a last mod not the first like all these kids are doin....................can't wait to get rid of them and i disagree with the supra taillights its pretty bad when company's make aftermarket factory supra taillights anything but supra please

i saw a guy who tried to make his civic look like an M3, those taillights looked awesome on the civic. the headlights too. the whole thing was pimp
