Audio/Visual Electronics - Radio Neon Question

I recently bought a Radio Neon device which goes around your car radio
and has the option of staying on or flashing to the beat of the music, however
would this be illegal to have while driving, does anyone know?[&:]

I belive the law is That the red light can not be visible from the outside of the car IE: Washer lights or something like that. So technically maybe it could be seen from the back. But I doubt any cop would hassle you about something like that. Most of them are cool and not assholes about little things like that.

i think around here in wpb florida you can have neon stuff but it cant be red or blue..i know and see people trhat run with white, green and purple underbody kits and they hve never got introuble for it...RED AND BLUE ARE THE 2 Best Colors Though!...darn..lol
