I'm in NEPA but driving far distances isn't anything for me, my folks-in-law live 16-18 hours away in Alabama, normally drive down there 2-4 times a year, straight through drive. So yeah WNY is like 4-6 hours, thats a cake-walk. If anything interesting going on lemme know I'm down for road trips and races :D.
