Street n Strip - 01 ex vs 93 accord ls

i drive the 01 and my friend has the 93. i was wondering who would win.

his mods:
aem cai
pace setter headers
high flow cat
flowmaster muffler
2 1/4 pipes
lowered 1 1/2 inches
160k + miles on engine automatic transmition

mine is stock with only 18" rims but its a 5 speed. who do you think will win?:eek:

btw my engine has 51k miles on it
