Default Help keep getting P0500 code!!

I have a 99 Honda Civic and I keep getting a P0500 code in my ECU. I know this is for a problem with the Vehicle Speed Sensor. I have changed the VSS sensor and the speedometer in the dash. I have even broke out the multi-meter and checked to ohms and volts of the circuit. It seemed to be alright, for I got the right measurements for the ohms and volts I was supposed to. I know that the o2 sensors are ran in the same circuit as the VSS sensor. I was just wondering if anyone of the Honda gods on this forum have any clue as to what is wrong with my car.

P.S. Any links and info you could include would be great and much help.

thanks for everything

Check whether dash 7.5A fuse #15 is blown.

The VSS plug is a notorious source of problems. Check it for corrosion and moisture. Many people find a Civic at a junk yard and cut off the VSS plug and splice it into their wire harness.
