ignition timing

Default ignition timing

i am driving a delsol and i just put a new motor in it a d15b7 and its timing is off somehow and i can't figure it out with 7 hours of fighting it. is there an electronic timing and how can i reset it. i know the manual part of the timing is right i am just having problems.
