Default Basic maintenance for 98 Civic EX?

I have a 98 Civic EX (A.T.) that had never had anything changed since it was purchased. I've changed the timing belt, had the motor mounts replaced, and I'm about to install a new IACV and O2 sensors. I'm pretty sure that there is alot more that should be done seeing that it is over 10 years old. What all should be replaced, cleaned, etc. to ensure that it is in proper condition?

Plugs, wires, cap, rotor.

Engine oil, ATF, coolant, and power steering fluid.

Any CEL codes? Why are you replacing the IACV and O2 sensors?

yeah those were the codes that came up according to auto zone. Currently trying to fix that by replacing those but I don't believe that's the problem. The guy who checked it was acting like a know it all without allowing me to tell him what we recently had done with the car so I'm doubting his diagnosis.

Reset the ECU by removing 7.5A hood Back Up fuse for a few minutes. Then drive the car and, when the CEL turns on again, pull the codes as described at the CEL link in my signature. Do you still get O2 sensor and IAT codes?

I unhooked the battery to reset the computer, is that the same as removing the fuse? But yeah did that after i replaced the iacv. Still got the cel. Anyway, next im going to replace the cap and router, how much do you think that will run me?

You might be getting o2 sensor codes due to a cracked header. That's really common. But I'd still recommend doing what RonJ recommends with the backup fuse, then using the method he recommends for pulling CEL codes.
