I have a 93 DX civic. I was wondering what type of engine do i have i know its a D someting.

it is a 1.5L i think, so for the most part it doesn't really have that much potential. You can always get a swap. BTW, is it a HB, 2-door, or 4-door?

2 door... i know it is a 1.5 .. an engine swap cost to much lol

well a swap is really your best bet if you want more power. I'm not sure if you can do this because im really not very familiar with these engines, but you could bore it out to 1.6 (or as high as safely possible) and get some high compression pistons.

no, just swap on a VTEC head. the compression will raise up nicely and youll have the power of VTEC. it should give you about 20-30 hp.

i got my z6 head and intake mani for 150...then another 100 shipped..ahhh....i had a question tho...since the subject of compression was brougth up...how do i see what my cr is?
