I am planning to purchase a cold air intake for my 2008 Honda Civic EX. What brand should I go for? Will installing one improve my car's fuel economy?

it will improve your gas mileage. But nothing you'll notice. Your probably better off just replacing the air filter part with a K&N or another performance filter and calling it good.
