The specific CEL code would really help. And a cracked header per se should not throw an O2 sensor code.
it does, my manifold is also cracked, you can reset the ecu and will be fine for about a 3-4 weeks then it will come back on.
welcome back ronj ,missed ya

P0135 is the code. I used to be able to reset the cel and it would be good for awhile. Doesn't work anymore because the crack got bigger.

I'll say again. P0135 would not be caused by a cracked header. This code indicates a problem with heater element circuit of the primary O2 sensor. Check whether dash fuse 15 is blown. If so, check the fuse 15 TSB in my signature. If fuse 15 is fine, measure the resistance of the heater element. It should be 10-40 Ohms.

I never left. Just don't post here as much as I used to. Seems like things are going okay here.

Weeks ago, I bought a new O2 sensor and installed, then cleared the code. Started the car and the CEL reappeared 15 seconds later. Same code. Dusted the sensor off and returned it. (O2 sensor was factory replacement and expensive.)

Fuse 15 is good. Tested with a meter to be sure.

Check whether one of the heater element black wires has battery voltage with the key turned to ON(II). Then test both black wires for a short or open. If the O2 sensor heater element gets battery voltage and the wires test fine, then the ECU may be bad.

It also would be a good idea to test resistance of the O2 sensor heater element.
