2003 fuel door wont open. please help TY

 

Open trunk and move carpet a little from left of trunk wall. Reach in and carefully turn cable connection counter clockwise 1/2 turn and door will pop open. Cable may be stretched and need to be replaced. $30 dollars for cable, $60 dollars installation at dealership.
