RE: 2008 Civic Window Switch Question
It's VERY sensitive. It took me a while. But I am still hitting it too hard most of the time. lol. But I live in FL so the only times I let it down I want it all the way anyway. Congrats on your new car. You'll LOVE IT, I promise.
BTW, what color are you going with? ¿ I went with atomic blue metallic and the ladies' heads turn when I'm rolling through traffic!

RE: 2008 Civic Window Switch Question
It's funny... it'll be my daily driver, to keep the miles of my 2004 Mustang GT Convertible. And it's replacing a 1997 Chevy 1500 4x4 truck. So my "beater" will be a brand-new car LOL
Thanks for the well-wishing - I've never owned a "foreign" car (someone told me recently the Civic is built in the US?) before, so this will be a new experience for me. Let's hope it goes well

RE: 2008 Civic Window Switch Question
I thought my switch was defective it is so.. sensitive, it's infuriating. But now I see that everyone has the same problem. One of the ways I can get it to work is to run it down fully and then tease it up. If you feel it carefully, you will find that there are two detents on the switch.
Other than that, I love my new Civic.
