Has some 'roughness' at idle on random occasions.
Notice a ticking sound under the hood.

honda motors have always had loud valves and they probably always will. being that you have a 2013 the valves should already be properly adjusted but you never know being that millions are made one mite slip through the cracks ??? What Does It Mean if Oil in My Car Is White & Foamy? | eHow

 

As to the oil issue .....

Other that the build up on the cap I can find NO indication of any problem.

Also, when I took the cap inside the house to photograph it, where it had a chance to warm up a bit .... the coloration changed almost to normal.

Initially the inner side of the cap had a white film completely over it.

Once it warmed up it changed.

I have seen a mixture of oil/water in a motor as a result of a bad head gasket on a couple of occasions and in those cases it was evident under the valve cover and not just on the cap.

In any case it is going to the dealer in the next day or two.....gonna have them do an oil change and let me see what comes out.
