25 post requirement for classifieds
The 25 post minimum is a great idea, unless of course like me, you are just looking for a set of floor mats for your Civic. It doesn't make much sense for me to sit here and make 25 of what you define as 'meaningful posts' just to have the privilege of asking someone if they can help me out.
The requirement may make more sense in the for sale section then the wanted section, if it makes sense at all.
You are doing your members a disservice by seriously limiting their ability to do business with anyone outside of this forum.
I'm sure I'm not the first person who will pass up this board because it's not worth the effort to create 26 posts just to see if anyone has a set of floor mats.

^That's the exact reason
In the past, we had problems with people joining just to unload stuff, which ended up being a scam. With the current system, you have to stick around and be helpful, kind of earning trust in the process. It's not a perfect system but it has worked for a long time. Rules are rules.
And I pointed you in one direction for some brand new OEM mats in your intro thread. That's about the best option if you want good quality mats. I bought some black ones through there. No complaints.
