1985 Civic 4dr, 1.5, 5 speed, 3 bbl carb. Running rich and will no longer pass smog tests. Have replaced cat converter, but the smog printout indicates the carb is running rich. Being an "older" car (300 k miles), I can't find info on carb adjustments, and all of my local carb shops have either folded or work on American carbs only. Any ideas?
