Default 85 civic hatchback for a 86 crx

I have owned my civic for just a week, and a guy at works wants to trade me. I have a 85 hatchback, and he has a 86 CRX. He wants the back seat and automatic for his wife. His car is the 5-speed, but it isn't a Si. It could use a set of tires and needs a new headlight switch. I heave heard a headlight switch for this car is hard to find. It has about 20000 more miles on it also. There is nothing at all wrong with my car.

I am thinking about it because I like the CRX's more and the 5-speed will get a lot better milage than my automatic. I am concerned about the insurace though, because I heard CRX's are expensive to insure.

Is the trade a good deal, considering I'll have to drop around 200 bucks in it right off?

I don't think an 86 CRX would be high to insure..
