99 Civic LX mpg

I have a question what kind of mpg is a honda civic lx autosuppose to get? I rember with my 2000 hx i got 44mpg driving 70mph..

Mine it was a 5speed, Back in 2000 i bought it new.. I did some research and the cvt tranny had problems back then... I drove that car everywhere went from Ca to ark. 3 times went to newmexico 2 times on i40 from Ca.. I got 44mpg.. Till i put my ram air that was in the fog light hole then my mpg droped to around 40 or so.. I think the top speed was around 125mph.. been long time
