99 DX hatchback
I've been the only owner of my 1999 Civic hatchback DX, manual transmission. It's been well maintained. I am looking to sell it, but have been told by some people that it is actually going up in value. Right now I can afford to let it sit for awhile.Anyone know if this is true, that they are going up in value or not?
Thx,

RE: 99 DX hatchback
is it close to stock? An almost stock, manual, 6th gen hatch is hot property nowadays. There is just so much aftermarket support for them and people are looking for them alot, so i think it's safe to say some people would pay quite a bit of money for it. Just the more you modify (the less OEM parts it has), the less it's value.

RE: 99 DX hatchback
well i dont know about value gaining to much.....
but a cheap car with GREAT mileage and reliability if properly maintained is geting more desirable with higher gas prices.
at least thats the main reason i bought a honda for...
so i think they will always be desirable to the younger crowds.
and it being a hatchback can help resale value as well. cause they seem to be more scarce.
but the only model i see getting a higher price for is a true SI. as long as its kept unmolested!
