I am searching for a 99-00 Civic Hatchback lately but I am not knowledgable enough on weither buying a car with A/C and Power Steering, or one without it. There is a bunch of non-A/C and PS equiped hatch out there, but not much on the other hand.
I will say I am going to swap a B18C1 /5 ulimately. So will it be matter if it has PS, A/C or even if it is Automatic tranmission? For the matter, I mean how expensive will it be, If I am going to find parts for A/C and PS(junk yard / second hand [I found the A/C compressor in the internet for $3xx just the unit itself])? Also I read asomething about Del So's A/C for B18 series in a EK. Does it mean I have to get the A/C form a 9x-00 Del So in order to fit in there?
Please help, and I had done searching with empty hand for A/C related question.

Edit: I think I found some answer here. So does it mean I can use the stock A/C with Hasport AC bracket? Is it also true for EK?

 

you need the complete a/c system from a 96-00 civic, and only the bracket from the del sol.

if you find a hatch with power steering and you do want to keep it, you need the power steering pump from a 99-00 Si, the rest of the Civic system can be used.

the swap will be easier with a manual car, but not impossible if it's an auto.
