Default AC HELP !!!

Ok i have a 1995 Civic 1.5 auto , i purchased about 2 years ago .....

I am in South FL where it gets hot in the summer and the A/C in the civic is not blowing cold in the summer .....
It gets somewhat cold but not cold anough to cool me down !!!!

I have filled with freon and it did not change anything ...... My fan sounds like a leaf or something is stuck in it but still blows hard anough !!!!

I have debated buying a compressor and dryer , but just not 100% sure that would fix the problem anyone have any clue what i should do ?????

PLEASE HELP , its 94 outside now !!!!

Get it checked out before you start buying parts.

+1, my A/C cools down the part of the body its pointing at. But it sucks in really hot weather.
