Default answer this for me please

hello can someone answer this question please, i just swapped a b16a awhile back but i am confused now cause it says b16a not b16a1 or b16a2, so what does that mean when it says b16a with no number after the a like it is a dohc v-tec and it moves but iam lost why it has no number after the a? also was wondering on the stock hp and torque?
