Any performance suggestions?

I could possibly see a grounding system prevent a loss of power, but there is no way it could increase power. My reasoning for this is that with less electrical resistance, one might get more power to their ignition system, resulting in a more powerful spark, which would in turn burn more of the air fuel mixture.

not really. With a properly functioning ignition system you should be burning the vast vast majority of the air fuel mixture entering the cylinders. The part that remains unburnt is most likely to be nearly impossible to burn regardless (due to atom placement in the compressed cylinder). These 'grounding kits' would be more targeted towards an older, more worn ignition system, which delivers less powerful spark than it did from the factory.
It would be neat if I were proven wrong though. It would be most interesting to see mr 02 civic EX (relatively new car) dyno his car, then add a grounding kit and go redyno and see a noticeable performance gain.
