My first thought is that this should have gone in the other post you made about ebay purchases. My second thought is that it seems a little expensive for an intake, but hey, they include the license plate holder.

EDIT: Also, I just noticed you made ANOTHER post about an ebay part. Wow...

as far as I know the EX and LX = same. Someone else jump in if I'm dancing in the dark here.

I'm 97% sure the LX's have that retarded vertical throttle body like the DX's do. If I'm right, then I'm almost positive an EX intake won't work on an LX unless you do an intake manifold/throttle body swap.

*edit: no offense was meant when I said "retarded vertical throttle body". I just prefer the standard design that's on the EX and consider the vertical design to be inefficient considering the air has to make a tight turn right before the throttle body.

That's 196.9% positive. That's pretty positive.

Actually, I looked at Brad's project thread to make sure. The LX's have the vertical throttle body, so the OP needs an LX/DX/whatever else intake like posted in the 1st post.

lx/dx/cx vertical design

ex/si side entry design.

so ex will not fit lx

ninja edit: this only applies for 96-00 models
