the best

so i was thinking of building a civic hatch 92-95 or 96-00 and i was wondering what might be better b18c5 with the itb or turbo for like time attack and track racing?

I would go with the Turbo, only because its faster and easyer to tune.

The ITB are a nightmare to tune, unless you know someone to tune it right.

^ Ditto! My budys got a turboed Cobalt SS that he tunes on a dime (not literally) for whatever conditions he wants! Prety bad @$$ actually
