Block Surfer Hard Racks - Legit?

They look rather cheap but would be a great price if they work well. I'd rather not spend $400 on a Yakima or Thule rack, and I think they require you to drill holes in your car which I don't want to do either. Just curious to know if anyone knows of the name or has experience with them. I hate a 99 LX sedan if that helps. Any other suggestions on racks that will work well for surfboards?
