My civic EX 2006 displays the brake light when it rains. Should I take it to the dealer?

 

Sounds like an electrical issue. I would definitely take it back. I don't mean to sound mean, but is that really something you have to ask? If anything goes wrong with that car until the warranty goes up you should take it to the dealer to get fixed after allthis caris costing you$18,000 over time isnt it??

 

Check the brake fluid level before driving anywhere, even to the dealer. The other thing that can be easily checked by the owner is to be sure the hand brake (e-brake) handle is all the way down. The light should not come on when you first touch the handle, you should have to move it up substantially before the light comes on.

Is there a seperate light for ABS or is it all one light?

 

I would spray water on master cylindrical and if light comes on it is your float switch
