Default A buzzing roof

I have a 2007 Civic EX Coupe that I love so much that I am considering getting physical with it. I had it in the shop right after I bought it over a rattle coming from the roof which turned out to be a loose moonroof motor. Now, when I drive over rough or coarse roads there is a buzzing sound that eminates from the same general area as the rattle I have already had fixed. Anyone out there had a similiar problem???

Come back with some pictures of you and the car getting physical...then we'll see if we can help you.

OK, solve my problem and I will. Did you have a suggestion that was useful?

Not sure what you mean by "another for sale thread."

Does the roof still open and close? Any noises when operated? Its a real stretch, but maybe a loose or exposed wire is causing the motor to engage? The limit switches should prevent this, but it is a possibility. May just be that something up there is still loose, but not loose enough to rattle. Really tough to tell without seeing it or hearing it.I wouldtake it back in.

Get it repaired under warranty.

I suspect that it may be in the dome light but that's just a guess and it is difficult to drive safely and look for unwanted noises. I have owned four Civics over the years, starting in 1978 ('82 Wagon, '94 Hatchback and '07 Coupe) and this one is more like an Accord than the Civic I am used to. Yes, it is under warranty but what I was soliciting were comments from owners who had experienced the same problem. Thanks for your interest and taking the time to respond.

I'm sorry to say that this is almost impossible to diagnose over the interweb.

I know, I was just hoping I would get a reply that went something like this, "Oh yeah, I had the same problem and it was ..." But that was/is not the case. Thanks for taking the time to respond to my query, I appreciate it very much.
