Default Car Alarms

Hey does anyone have any suggestions about what type of car alarm i should get i work at Future Shop and get staff pricing there www.futureshop.ca or at best buy in Canada and good ones out there? I was told by my car installer that the new Viper 5701 Responder LE

All I have ever gone with was Viper, always been happy with a viper. DEI makes a good product. I use their window modules and glass break sensors too.

Let's see some type of proof/facts that Viper is the best over all of the other car alarms out there.

DEI definetely make some of the best alarms available. (By the way thats who makes Viper). I too am an installer at Best Buy, and yes the 5701 is a very nice alarm.

The 5701 uses a new super code system for the keypad, as well as ghost LEDs to alert you when the alarm is set off. It does everything that the 5900 does, except that it does not have the LCD screen so the keypad is much smaller.
