catback exaust or new headlights

Default catback exaust or new headlights
i have a 99 honda civic ex and just got a cold air intake today...idk if my next purchase should be a catback exaust or new headlights...what are some opinions??

i think you should go exhaust since i like the stock headlights on the civics anyway.

but does it make a difference that its a bolt on catback?? do they sound ok or are they jsut a waste time?

Unless you can find some magic headlights that improve performance, I would go with a catback, or some sort of exhaust.
