center consle

i would like to install some sort of center console in my 97 dx coupe.... is this possible... if so how would i go about finding one and what might it cost me w/o labor

Look for one in a EX or HX in the years 96-2000.

are you looking for something like this?

if so, then try your local junkyards, if that doesn't work, try ebay, if that doesn't work, try some jdm online stores that charge an arm and a leg.

you can use one out of any 96-00 civic that has one
just make sure you get the bracket that the sides of the lower rear portion of the armrest bolt onto, otherwise it will be wobbly.
