Which Civics are top-speed artificially limited?
Since what year and which models have the "aritificial" limiter on top speed?
Does anyone know if my 98 EX is limited at all? Just curious. I don't ever plan on driving 1?0 mph but it's nice to know I could if I wanted to [8D]

I know from experience my 2000 EX is limited at 119 ;/.
