Default Crank pulley D15B

put A jdm motor in my sons 95 civic. I'm having trouble with the crank pulley. It came loose 2X. I was going to replace the pulley with the one that came with the motor. I think it a 88-91 D15B motor so the power steering pulley is different and the alt pulleys different. is this easy to do ie put a 91 steering pump on a 95 civic. the other problem is the threads in the crank are a little messed up but not to bad. Does any one know what size tap I need to fix the threads? from 2 mins 12 secs ago

The bolt needs to be really tight -- 145 ft-lb IIRC. If your pulley is torn up from falling off twice, get a used USDM one that matches your belts.
