Default Deactivating the horn?

Some jackass tried to steal my 97 Del Sol S last night. I guess he tripped something tamper-resistant while he was trying to hotwire it, because the horn started blaring nonstop and he took off. The downside is, I can't get the horn to stop. I had to disconnect the battery last night just to get some sleep. I need to cut out the horn so that I can take it to a shop and have them fix whatever the thief screwed up, but I know next to nothing about working on Civics. How difficult is this? Can anyone give me some general directions?

I think your horn is behind your front bumper, it looks like a contoured little disc about 4 inches in diameter. Mine is just to the passenger side of the grille on my civic. there is a two pin plug going to it, just unplug that and you're golden.
