Often I see these Honda OEM alloys on 01-02 Civics coupes:



but my01 EX coupedidnt come with them, it just came with the plastic hubcaps...so were these wheels offered as a factory/dealer option
- or were they standard as some trim Civic trim level ?

I just ask because I may like to get some alloys, so Im starting to look around...and are these considered to be a popular alloy ? Did Honda sell a lot of them or do most people into Civics get aftermarket alloys instead ?

I think EX did come with alloy wheels but notthose that you posted....The Si wheels from 99-00 are more popular than those wheels you posted.

These are some EX (Si in Canada) coupes, from 2001-2003 with those rims...so did EX models come with these alloys as standard, or were they a dealer installed option type thing ? Because looking at the specs of my car, it doenst say anything about standard alloys...







(Just for comparison, on 2004+ Civics I see a lot with these types rims below...so I guess Honda dropped the 01-03 alloys style in my first post...)

 

Yeah youre right, every ep3 hatch Ive seen does have the top pictures alloys...do you know if they came on any Civics from the 01-03 style period...? I guess they were dealer installed options on Civics...
