In theory, yes. That being said, the gain is small enough that it would barely (if at all) be noticeable on a dyno, let alone be felt while driving. If you want torque, you basically have three options: forced induction, an engine swap, or bore/stroke your engine.

hell yeah they do. Like a supercharger. That's a bolt on. haha.
Also a new head. =P
Your smaller things wont' really matter at this point in your build. They do, however, have a larger effect when you have a higher power build.

As mentioned above, you wont get much of a gain, but they do add a little bit. for more torque get a short ram intake rather than cold air. Also, 4-2-1 header will have more low end power than a 4-1 header.

And if you get an exhaust, dont go above 2.25'' piping if you have a stock motor, because you could actually lose torque by doing so. picture water flowing through a garden hose and now picture the same amount of water flowing through PVC piping. Much more efficient flow through the hose.(most cheapo exhausts for civic are 2.5'' so check carefully, thats overkill).

I have intake, header and exhaust, and what I noticed most as far as "get-up-and-go" was when I ditched my 25lb steelies for 11lb aluminum wheels. Plus they look way better.

You gain a little bit, but I heard stickers add the HP like crazy. :P I would go down that route.

Doesn't a turbo system essentially "bolt-on" like a S/c? j/w

yes, the more ITALIC the font of the sticker, the more aerodynamic your car will be.

Also...Paint your calipers RED or Blue & throw on some yellow fog lights...That will give you the horsepower that ONLY YOU can IMAGINE! :-P

Pretty much. It's a little more in-depth, but not by a whole lot.
