i dont think cvcrcr was saying that to be mean, its kind of an ongoing honda joke that people make about the stickers adding hp, because our cars arnt really very fast without swap or forced induction.

why dont you guys think honda;s are quick. there go karts basically. well i love em. and cvcr i was answering someones question but you have to be immature about it. i would mind a strut bar they look cool. even tho i got 97hp it will improve handling.

Hondas can be quick, but not without quite a bit of money being spent. Don't get me wrong, I love civics and have every intention of buying another EG should I ever get my finances in order, but "quick" is something Honda doesn't really do in their cars. Hondas handle well for what they are, they're economical, they're easy to work on, and will run forever, but they just don't put out enough torque, and that's just a characteristic of the inline four engine configuration and no real fault of Honda's (after all, they did squeeze out 120hp/L without resorting to forced induction in the S2000).

And don't think I'm saying this because I own a mustang or any of that jazz... my mustang is quite literally slow as ***** and can't get out of its own way. I've just driven my fair share of cars and know what I consider quick. Either that or I'm just jaded from having owned a sportbike.

92 hp. You have 92. And your only getting 80ish to the ground.

And they are saying civics aren't quick because, well, they aren't Your car will run about a 17.5 in the quarter mile. Very slow. Not bad for 92hp, but nothing to write home about.
I've gotta buddy with a evo 10 with stage 2 tune. Pulling 405hp. Now that, is quick.
