Does this seem like a decent price for this car?
http://chicago.craigslist.org/chc/cto/1321952225.html Here is the craigslist link for the car. I am looking to buy my first car and this one seems like a very nice car. I just can't decide if it is worth $4500. The kbb price is just over 4,000 but this car does have some mods. I believe civics need the timing belt to be replaced somewhere around 90,000 miles so i think that needs to be replaced. How much would that cost? The guy said he's pretty firm on the price because its in such good condition but he dosen't know about the belt(if i am even correct about that) thanks for anyone who can help.

yes timing belt and a water pump... what mods does it have because all i see is some rims and a exhaust tip, front and rear lip. look around more see what else you can find get yourself a few options. but that is pretty good has low miles and no accidents and looks clean.
but for me im more into the engine and trans.. thats what gets me around not the looks

the car does look pretty clean and the miles is pretty low, is there anything else wrong with the car besides needing the timing belt and the water pump replaced?

I don't think so. I wish i could bring it to a mechanic before i buy it. hopfully i'd say that it will cost me $300 (i dont know how much it would cost for timing belt and water pump) and just offer him that much less($4200)
