Default doing the swap this weekend

I have an 89DX hatchback and the motor blew a hole in piston 2 a couple weeks ago.I bought a junkyard Civic (90DX) for $150. I'm doing the engine swap this weekend. When I pull the engine out of the junkyard car, I will replace the following: Water pump, Timing belt and tensioners, valve cover gasket, spark plug tube seals, both radiator hoses and belts, cap, rotor, wires, plugs, PCV valve, thermostat and gasket, clutch and flywheel ($235 in parts) Anything I'm missing?

just out of curiosity why didnt you just buy the engine? and why did you get the same engine, instead of a better one? as the lx which has a better gearbox on it (i believe, as the DX is the one with the cr**py gearbox)

This is my back and forth to work, pizza delivery, and tool hauler car. I don't need speed, just longevity. So my main goal was to do this as cheap as possible. I originally bought the white one for $500 and i bought the ugly one for $150. Once I do the swap I sell the tranny and scrap the maroon body and pay dam near nothing for an engine.

Oil and filter was a given, but I forgot about the fuel filter

SHE RUNS AGAIN!!! I'm having a couple of minor issues but I will get them worked out. It actually ended up being easier to set the engine on the ground and lift the car up rather than take the engine up through hood.
