Dyno day for the CRX. (Don't get excited.Lol)
So, I'm getting the tuner bug again (which is really going to cut into my SPL budget) so I decided to go get a baseline on the CRX before I started modding. I won't lie and say that I am not at least a little disappointed with the number, but hey, that's what baselines are for.
'88 Si. ZC block/A6 head. Short ram, DC header, GReddy exhaust. I have an adjustable cam gear but didn't play with it. I'm not running 91 octane for anther couple hp. This really let's me know that boost in in my very near future. I'm not even gonna mess with a mini-me. This motor is pretty boost friendly already with what is probably 9.2:1 CR. The lack of revs will hurt me though. Anyway, on to the results.
Lil' Scooter on the dyno.

Chart. Lame!! Arg!

Getting a lot of feedback about this over at D-Series. First thing is that I probably should have taken care of my CEL for the TPS. The other thing is that the guy only revved it to 5k when the redline on an A6 is more like 6800. But even then, it seems like there is something up in the numbers. Somebody posted another chart with basically the same motor making way better numbers.
Seems as if this may have been a waste of time.
