RE: ewie srs?
idk what ewie means, but your SRS light should come on while you're starting the car up and turn back off after a couple seconds (this happens so that you know the bulb is working - if it doesn't come on you should check your bulb). If it comes on any other time it is indicating something is wrong with your SRS system (airbags).

try resetting the system by pulling offthe negative battery cable for a while, and then putting it back on. see if your SRS light comes back on... it may take a while for the light to come back, or it might not come back at all.

Did you use the remote power on/offwire for your amp to your headunit? Is your amp turning off when you turn the car off?
You can have your battery tested at auto zone or advance auto parts for free.

RE: ewie srs?
That's why the battery keeps running down then. Need to get that amp wired properly.
If you were to crash while the SRS light is on, it is quite possible that the air bags will not deploy.
Also this should be obvious, but turn the key OFF before disconnecting the battery to reset the computers.

RE: ewie srs?
should be a terminal on the amp for a remote wire, and a wire on the back of the headunit for the remote. you take a wire and run it down the car with the rca cables and attach one end to the amp's remote wire terminal, and attach the other end to the remote wire on the headunit.
