Only way you can get shipping refunded by Fed Ex or any shipping company is if you have purchased a guaranteed shipping way, like NDA or UPS Red Sat delivery and it doesnt show up. Also, if your product shows up damaged and you catch it before the driver takes off, refuse the package, plain and simple. I sell parts for heavy equipment and I dont know how many times I had to refund money because of damaged caused by shipping.

 

well actually last year i worked at fedex for like a month or two, and it absolutly sucked. i would not recomend them. just walking thru the warehouse and watching the trailers being loaded, boxes falling,damaged and always see people just throw the boxes around in the trailers or dropping them. im not sayin every fedex or fedex employee does that but they hire basically anyone to load/unload the trucks. also the mangers will put wrong boxes in ur trailer cuz your suppose to check the zip code then if you put it in they will what they call assult you, basically yell at you, well to finish the story i quit. wasnt all because of the job, also was it was a little bit of distance from my house so i didnt think it was worth it, IMO
