customer service is going extinct. people need to realize that customers pay their rent.

Thats why my company thrives.... we strive for nothing but excellent customer service...we like to make friends out of our clients. Thats how we are doing super in our business. We tell them when and how we are going to do it, and we get it done like we said we would do.

I work WITH a promotional marketing firm... I would tell you the name but I dont need jackasses like hondaracer calling me up and heckling me.
