He is asking 12K...

i checked KBB out of curiosity and accounted for all his upgrades and it's only worth half that.
just thought i'd share because it ticked me off to see this extremely unreasonable price

Yea I was on craigslist looking at cars because i'm tired of this car I have. It's a 4 door, it's got a slow engine, it's an auto.
I don't want to put any more money into it, because the only way i'll be happy about the engine is if I do a swap and I don't have that kind of money to do the swap I would want. Also the fact that it's a 4 door can't be changed. I'd much rather have a civic hatch, 99-00 Si, a prelude, CRX, or an integra. I'd want this but this guy is apparently smoking like a pound of weed an hour.

What you could do is take off as many of the mods you've done yourself, get it as close back to stock as you can. Sell it, than buy the same gen civic thats a manual and put the mods onto that. Do you have any of the stock parts still around?

I figured out what i'm going to do though. My dad is going to loan me the money (i told him i'd pay him interest) to buy the car i'm looking at so that i can buy it and swap my parts over, and then sell my old car.
I'm looking at a 1995 black EX (VTEC, here i come!) coupe with a manual transmission. It has a near mint grey/blackish interior and 130K miles. It is 100% stock and in great condition. Not to mention it has no dents, clean title (only 1 owner), and all of the honda service records.
Then, I will swap my intake, header, exhaust, high flow cat, strut bars, stereo, speakers, subs, amp, shocks/struts, springs, rims, billet oil and radiator caps, Si taillights, antenna blockoff plate, grounding kit, my new battery, possibly my new radiator and thermostat, and anything else i can.
The only thing I know of that i can't swap are my clear corners.
It'll be a long weekend of swapping parts, but it'll be worth it in the end.
The only thing i'll want to buy right away for the new car is tint, clear corners, an amp wiring kit, and a short shifter.
